Job Responsibility:
File and organize vehicle title documentation
Apply for duplicate vehicle titles as needed
Prepare and issue checks for tax and title payments to appropriate counties
Verify that funds have been collected accurately and completely
Prepare and process out-of-state title paperwork in compliance with state requirements
Maintain a professional appearance and an organized work environment
Cross-train to support multiple locations or departments as needed
Requirements:
Previous administrative or clerical experience required
Strong data entry and organizational skills
