Job Description:

Our client located in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, is looking for a secretary-receptionist for the position of secretary-receptionist, able to establish priorities and work and work efficiently in a dynamic environment. The administrative support representative will handle various tasks and responsibilities throughout the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answering the phone and routing calls
  • Drafting of emails, letters, submissions, reports and other correspondence in French and English
  • General accounting assistance (payable and receivable)
  • Filing of documents
  • Purchasing office and warehouse supplies
  • Shipping documents (mail and customs) and receiving
  • Data entry
  • Follow up on orders
  • Other related tasks

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role (minimum of 2 years)
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Diploma in secretarial or office automation, a definite asset
  • Experience in administration
