We’re hiring an Administrative Support Assistant to help manage and digitize documents efficiently. Start date: December 15th. Contract: 12 months. Hours: Full-time in office, 100% remote. Job Responsibility:

  • Scan documents received by the disability department
  • Set up direct deposits for disability files
  • Process invoice payments
  • Deposit and handle incoming checks
  • Manage the department’s email inboxes
  • Receive and process mail from Canada Post
  • Coordinate the sending of documents via courier or special delivery services
  • Distribute check copies
  • Prepare checks for issuing
  • Close disability files

Requirements:

  • Relevant post-secondary education or have approximately one year of experience in a similar role
  • Have a strong customer service orientation
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both French and English
  • Possess a very good command of French, both spoken and written
  • Be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues
