Full time, 12-month Parental Leave cover. Commencing March 2026. Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5pm (with monthly ADO). Classification YC89 (Grade 2 Admin). The role is within the Mental Health Division's Infant Child Youth Mental Health Service (ICYMHS) Community (Outpatient) team at Burgundy Street and Austin hospital Clinics.
Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional administrative support to clinical teams across the Infant Child Youth Mental Health Service (ICYMHS) Community (Outpatient) team
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally within a customer service environment
Effective time management capability with the capacity to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Well developed interpersonal skills including customer service and stakeholder relationship engagement
A demonstrated commitment to a team focussed approach with the ability to problem solve and think on your feet in this dynamic environment
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft suite and Teams) with the ability to learn systems such as TrakCare (Patient Administration System, Oracle Fusion, (Purchasing and Requisition system) CBORD (Mobile Inventory system) Austin Community Vue (Mental Health Community Data Capture program) and CMI (Statewide Mental Health patient database)
