We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Oakland, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and security of employee data as it transitions to a new system. Job Responsibility:
Extract, organize, and cleanse employee data to prepare for system migration
Import, upload, and validate data in the new system while ensuring accuracy
Handle all sensitive and confidential information securely and responsibly
Collaborate with HR team members to troubleshoot and resolve migration issues
Provide support to ensure a smooth system implementation and go-live process
Participate in onsite meetings to align with project goals and timelines
Utilize company-provided tools to perform administrative tasks effectively
Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members to address any concerns
Develop a detailed understanding of system functionalities to support migration activities
Ensure compliance with data integrity standards throughout the project
Requirements:
Prior experience in administrative support or HR data management is preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision
Familiarity with HR database structures and data handling processes
Basic troubleshooting skills to address issues during system migration
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to project needs
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with onsite meetings as required
Proficient in using technology and learning new systems quickly
Previous experience in coordinator-level roles is sufficient
