Job Description:

This position is within the manufacturing industry and entails a wide range of responsibilities, from purchasing to warehouse management, in a fast-paced environment. The role involves procurement, inventory control, vendor relationships, and storeroom activities. Job Responsibility:

Coordinating the procurement and receiving of manufacturing parts and supplies
Generating, tracking, and closing work orders efficiently
Creating and maintaining repair and inspection reports with utmost accuracy
Managing daily storeroom activities including ordering, expedited receiving, inspecting, cataloging, stocking, issuing, and inventory control
Implementing and following-up on best practices in stores and purchasing to optimize operations
Investigating and analyzing new sources of supply, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations such as chemical purchases
Maintaining good vendor relationships and managing budgets and inventory levels effectively
Handling the computerized storeroom management and comparing inventories to the management system
Overseeing the stocking and issuance of materials or merchandise

Requirements:

Proficiency in Planning and Organizing tasks
Experience with Invoice processing and management
Demonstrable skills in Materials Handling
Understanding of Budget Processes in an organization
Ability to perform Clerical Duties efficiently
Experience with Warehouse Management systems is preferable
Familiarity with industry Best Practices
Background in Manufacturing sector is preferable
Knowledge in Cataloging and inventory management
