Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records
Assist with general office operations, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
Act as the first point of contact for visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Support team members with administrative tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate communication between departments to enhance workflow efficiency
Manage filing systems and ensure all records are properly organized
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative roles or office support
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
