We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Sleepy Hollow, New York. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the department during a 6-8 week leave period. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proficiency with computer systems, and a keen attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Create, update, and manage schedules to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Maintain accurate records in the system to reflect schedule modifications
Provide administrative support for payroll-related documentation and processes
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet departmental needs
Uphold high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative functions
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with scheduling responsibilities
Strong proficiency in computer systems and data entry
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle scheduling changes and make decisions confidently
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in schedules and records
Effective communication skills to address team inquiries and updates
Nice to have:
Familiarity with payroll documentation processes is a plus
Previous experience in healthcare or nurse scheduling is beneficial but not required
