We are looking for a detail-oriented PART TIME (5 hours a day Mon-Fri) Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Princeton, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role involves working collaboratively to ensure smooth administrative workflows and maintaining a high standard in all interactions.
Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office activities
Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring prompt and attentive communication
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy to maintain updated records and documentation
Handle receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing inquiries
Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursement requests in a timely manner
Utilize Microsoft SharePoint to organize and share documents effectively
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed
Assist in creating and formatting documents for presentations and reports
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Familiarity with expense reporting and reimbursement processes
