As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily business functions. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, handling communications, maintaining records, and supporting executive or team operations.
Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support to executives or departments
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
Order and track office supplies as needed
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Able to adapt quickly and perform in dynamic work environments
Accurate typing and data entry skills
Strong problem-solving and time management capabilities
