Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and attentive manner
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain organized records and filing systems for efficient retrieval of information
Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming office atmosphere
Prepare reports and documents as needed, ensuring timely completion

Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment to maintain inventory levels
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently

Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role
Strong proficiency in answering and managing inbound calls
Familiarity with administrative office practices and procedures
Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
Previous experience in receptionist duties, including greeting clients and visitors
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
