We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and handling correspondence
Answer incoming calls in a courteous manner and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and organized records
Assist with receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming office environment
Support the preparation and filing of income tax returns by organizing and reviewing relevant documentation
Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines
Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in an office environment that values attention to detail
Proficient in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting clients and managing front desk operations
Basic knowledge of income tax return procedures is preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
