Job Responsibility:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure seamless daily operations
Process invoices accurately and maintain expense records
Oversee credential and documentation management for compliance purposes
Assist with onboarding new employees, providing necessary resources and guidance
Maintain departmental databases and records for easy access and organization
Coordinate and contribute to community events, ensuring smooth execution
Provide administrative support for training sessions and educational initiatives
Offer light assistance for meetings, including scheduling and preparation
Ensure calendars are updated and travel arrangements are coordinated efficiently
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the administrative team
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Self-starter who is proactive and can work independently
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
Previous experience in office support or administrative roles is highly desirable
Nice to have:
