We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to support daily office operations while contributing to the efficiency of organizational workflows. Job Responsibility:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Answer incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate departments
Perform accurate data entry to maintain records and ensure seamless information flow
Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service
Organize and scan documents, ensuring proper filing and accessibility
Support real estate operations by preparing and processing necessary documentation
Utilize DocuSign for managing electronic signatures and document approvals
Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing office communication
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective data entry
Familiarity with receptionist duties, including handling visitors and inquiries
Experience with document scanning and record-keeping
Knowledge of real estate processes and documentation is a plus
Ability to use DocuSign for electronic document management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration
