We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in managing daily administrative tasks while serving as the first point of contact at the front desk. Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a welcoming front desk environment
Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and providing assistance as needed
Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and document organization
Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to support office operations and contribute to a productive work environment
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint, to manage and share documents effectively
Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized
Provide receptionist duties, including managing mail and deliveries
Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Comfortable managing inbound calls and addressing client inquiries
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
