We are looking for an entry level Administrative and Finance Coordinator to join our team client's team. In this role, you will handle a variety of financial, administrative, and HR-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This potion is 100% remote for a start-up company.
Job Responsibility:
Generate, send, and track customer invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing
Monitor payment statuses and perform light follow-up on overdue accounts
Organize and respond to incoming state notices and employment-related mail
Oversee recurring compliance activities and assist with administrative tasks, such as updating contractor payments and managing payroll adjustments
Facilitate the rollout of corporate credit cards and handle subscription migrations
Prepare and manage HR documentation, including offer letters and employee file updates
Support offboarding processes by ensuring proper documentation and compliance
Assist in maintaining and revising the employee handbook as needed
Handle ad hoc administrative projects to support business operations
Requirements:
At least 1- 3 years max of experience in a similar administrative or finance role
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in invoice processing and payment tracking
Strong organizational skills to manage compliance-related tasks and documentation
Familiarity with collections processes and ability to follow up professionally
Ability to handle administrative tasks, including HR documentation and employee file management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
