Job Responsibility:
Providing administrative support functions to all client facing teams across the WIC
Carrying out tasks including associating emails to WIC's electronic case administration management system (eCAMS)
Creating large file sharing links to distribute to stakeholders
Managing team emails
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience operating in an administrative support capacity with exposure to a standard range of core administration, support services and systems
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and resolve basic enquiries where required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to deliver initial basic advice and exchange of information effectively in a timely manner
Demonstrated understanding and commitment to discretion and integrity
evidently trustworthy when in knowledge and possession of confidential and sensitive information and data
