Job Responsibility:
Masterfully manage and coordinate multiple email accounts, ensuring timely responses and efficient information flow
Act as a central point of contact for the Chair and/or committee, coordinating documentation, preparing agendas, and distributing materials
Confidently manage day to day operational needs of the business
Efficient management of day to day office duties
Requirements:
Outstanding communication skills in all areas are essential for interacting with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in a high-level administrative role within government departments is a must
A strong aptitude for learning and utilising various software applications
Must have a current satisfactory police clearance
Must be able to start immediately
Nice to have:
Prior experience with Objective document management will be highly regarded
