We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join CSG, supporting our lawyers within our Property service line based in Birmingham City Centre. The workload will initially include new matter set up, data inputting, printing and audio typing. We encourage you to develop and grow in this role with a view to further progression within the team. Job Responsibility:
Preparing correspondence and documents from digital dictation alongside proofreading speech recognition dictation
Answering/making telephone calls
Managing the case management system (as appropriate)
Setting up of new files/archiving of files
Filing, photocopying, scanning and printing
Checking of notification in-boxes and/or homeworker in-boxes
Ensuring client contact information is kept up to date and data is accurate
Share knowledge within the team relating to any changes within external client set ups e.g. client contacts leaving/joining the client
Advising Secretaries of any change of address/telephone numbers/change of name of any external client so that databases are updated
Requirements:
Previous administration experience is desirable
Audio typing experience would be an advantage
An excellent eye for detail with a concern for quality and accuracy
A focused client service approach
Team oriented and collaborative approach with a flexible, can do attitude
