Job Responsibility:
Support TRU Chief Engineer and wider teams in providing an efficient and effective general administrative and secretarial support service
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodation and car hire
Handle scheduling of meetings and reservation of meeting rooms
Manage calendars for senior leadership, addressing availability issues and resolving scheduling conflicts
Assist with onboarding process by organising necessary equipment (e.g., PPE) and ensuring new joiners have appropriate system access
Maintain office supplies and stationary inventory
Provide secretarial support by taking minutes at meetings when required
Update and maintain the action tracker
Carry out administrative tasks as directed by the team
Requirements:
Skilled in multitasking and prioritising tasks efficiently
Strong proficiency in key IT software, including Outlook, Windows, and Excel
Strong time management skills
Strong organisational skills
High level of attention to detail
Effective communication, both verbal and written, at all levels within the organisation
Experience working with dynamic teams in fast-paced environments
