Job Description:

ADD/IRD Captain position at JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou, responsible for complete closing duties, maintaining work areas, ensuring cleanliness and presentation of service items, following safety procedures, and providing excellent guest service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
Follow all company safety and security policies
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Ability to move up and down stairs and service ramps
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
