Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ADAS embedded team manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in designing and implementing vehicle-related embedded systems, including hardware components for ADAS. The successful candidate will oversee the entire development lifecycle, from vehicle system design to AI model deployment, ensuring seamless integration for ADAS applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Disciplinary leadership of a cross-functional team with embedded engineers, vehicle testing engineers and AI deployment experts
  • Lead the design, implementation and optimization of embedded software/hardware for vehicle control units, sensors, etc
  • Drive the integration of AI/ML models into embedded systems
  • Responsibility for the quality of the development team’s work products
  • Drive the testing and validation of developed system’s running on vehicle
  • Enhance technical and personal capabilities of development team according to the development plan

Requirements:

  • B.S. or higher degree in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Science Engineering related
  • At least 8 years working experience in Automotive Embedded software development with proficient C, C++ programming skill
  • At least 3 years working experience in team leadership or management role, responsible for resource management (people and tools)
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Embedded SOC, MCU, peripheral
  • Excellent communication skills with internal teams members and external customers
  • Excellent English language skill in speaking, reading and writing
  • Deep understanding of software development processes and methods (traditional, agile, …)

Nice to have:

  • ADAS product mass production experiences, E2E autonomous Embedded development experience is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Automotive standards AP/CP AUTOSAR is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of at least one OS platform Linux, QNX, Vxworks, AUTOSAR OS, ThreadX etc
  • Knowledge of SW Middle ware like DDS, SOME/IP is preferred
  • Knowledge of communication protocols, Ethernet, CAN, FLEXRAY is preferred
  • Working experiences in MCU Mcal or SOC drivers, Boot loader is a plus
  • Experience with Ambarella CV3 series, Nvidia Orin, is a plus
  • Programming skills with RUST is a plus
  • Familiar with various of test tools such as logic analyzer, oscilloscope, debugger
