Ad Hoc Reception & Admin Cover - Pulborough. Are you a confident, friendly individual with strong organisational skills and a professional telephone manner? We're looking for reliable Reception & Administration cover to support a busy office in Pulborough on an ad hoc basis, including planned holiday cover and occasional short-notice shifts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcoming visitors and managing the front desk
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Handling email enquiries
  • Managing appointments and diaries
  • General administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document support)
  • Supporting the wider office team as required

Requirements:

  • Previous reception or administration experience (desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Able to pick things up quickly and work independently
