Goal of function: As the Acute Therapy Application Specialist holds primary responsibility for driving sales and marketing initiatives related to the company’s services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Presents, promotes and sells products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships
  • Reaches out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyses the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Requirements:

  • College degree in marketing or related
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Strong PC proficiency combined with excellent communication, interpersonal, data entry, and processing skills
  • Ability to deal with complexities and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English
  • Flexible and open to travel as needed
