Job Description:

Goodman Masson are currently partnered with a highly prominent MGA as they recruit a new Actuarial Manager off the back of a period of consistent growth. This is a highly visible role which will see the Actuarial Manager working on projects within Pricing and Reserving for a wide range of Specialty products, with the potential to grow a team over time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building new Pricing models using tools such as HX
  • Conducting monthly, quarterly and annual reserve reviews
  • Upskilling and training junior team members
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant Underwriting teams
  • Presenting to senior stakeholders, up to CFO / Chief Actuary level

Requirements:

  • Newly-qualified Actuary with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience
  • Ideally experience gained in the Specialty space
  • Candidates from a Personal Lines background are also encouraged to apply
