Our Client is looking for an Actuarial Associate to join their fast-growing Pension Risk Transfer team that's shaping innovative de-risking solutions for UK DB schemes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Involved in sourcing and delivering buy-ins, buyouts and alternative transaction structures
  • engage directly with EBCs, Trustees and a wide network of internal specialists
  • bring together inputs from pricing, investments, longevity, structuring and legal to form compelling proposals
  • build expertise in emerging bulk annuity structures and reinsurance approaches
  • create clear, well-presented materials for both clients and senior leadership

Requirements:

  • strong analytical approach
  • commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail
  • background in bulk annuities, pensions, insurance or similar is helpful
  • confident communicator who can navigate varied stakeholder groups
  • solid organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
