  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact, working closely with Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure programs are implemented smoothly and communicated effectively
  • Data & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier engagement and activation. Prepare and present clear reports to measure program outcomes and inform future strategies
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from internal teams and analyze program results to consistently refine and optimize our activation strategies

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a relevant field such as program coordination, operations, customer/partner enablement, or marketing
  • Strong project coordination skills with a proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple departments
  • Data-Oriented Mindset: comfortable pulling, interpreting, and reporting on data to measure success and make informed decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex program details for a variety of audiences
