As an Activation Analyst, you will be a key player in designing and executing the programs that keep suppliers engaged, performing, and growing within the Xometry marketplace. In this highly cross-functional role, you won’t manage partners directly; instead, you will collaborate with Partner Success, Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure our incentive programs, performance campaigns, and enablement initiatives are effectively built and launched. Your work will directly drive the adoption of new features, boost participation in promotions, and enhance overall supplier engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Program Design & Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help build and launch engaging activation campaigns, including incentives, fast-track promotions, and seasonal rewards
Enablement & Content Creation: Develop and maintain internal guides, FAQs, and partner-facing resources to support all activation and performance initiatives
Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact, working closely with Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure programs are implemented smoothly and communicated effectively
Data & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier engagement and activation. Prepare and present clear reports to measure program outcomes and inform future strategies
Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from internal teams and analyze program results to consistently refine and optimize our activation strategies
Requirements:
2-5+ years of experience in a relevant field such as program coordination, operations, customer/partner enablement, or marketing
Strong project coordination skills with a proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple departments
Data-Oriented Mindset: comfortable pulling, interpreting, and reporting on data to measure success and make informed decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex program details for a variety of audiences
Creative & Strategic Thinker: enjoy testing new campaigns, brainstorming program ideas, and finding innovative ways to drive engagement
Adaptability: Comfortable working and thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving marketplace environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
