Job Description:

Action City crew members are responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising the trampoline park and fun center, while ensuring a fun and safe experience for guests in a fast-paced environment. Action City crew members help guests have a fun and exciting experience by assisting them with attractions, pass questions, delivering pizzas, etc. They also ensure the cleanliness of the building by cleaning everything from dining rooms to bathrooms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Helping guests with attractions and arcade games
  • Supervising the trampoline park
  • Maintaining cleanliness at each attraction and throughout the arcade
  • Following the opening and closing lists for each area
  • Cross training in other departments and areas
  • Maintaining cleanliness in public restrooms
  • Dishwashing
  • Completing any special projects given by the manager on duty

Requirements:

  • 18+ years old
  • weekday and weekend availability
  • part-time availability
