We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Central Islip, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable processes. Job Responsibility:

Handle daily deposits with precision and timeliness
Perform thorough data entry and scanning tasks to maintain accurate financial records
Process invoices efficiently and ensure timely billing to clients and stakeholders
Open and sort incoming mail to identify and process payments and relevant documentation
Manage accounts receivable operations effectively
Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and improve efficiency
Maintain organized records of all transactions for audit and reporting purposes

Requirements:

Proven experience in accounts receivable and billing functions
Ability to handle daily bank deposits with a high degree of accuracy
Strong data entry and document scanning skills
