Job Description:

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and excel at managing financial transactions? At Robert Half, we are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our client's team and help ensure seamless cash flow operations in a dynamic environment. Job Responsibility:

Process, track, and manage customer invoices efficiently and accurately
Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely receipt of client payments while maintaining adherence to company policies
Reconcile accounts receivable transactions, resolving discrepancies as needed
Prepare accurate financial reports relating to accounts receivable and present findings to stakeholders
Communicate proactively with clients and internal colleagues to follow up on collections and maintain positive relationships

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices
Proven ability to manage large volumes of financial data with precision
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
