We are seeking an Accounting & Office Administrator to join our New-Life Mills team. This role is responsible for accounting processes related to inventory, purchases, and logistics for three feed mill locations, while also managing the main reception desk.
Job Responsibility:
Perform accounting processes related to inventory, purchases, and logistics
Post journal entries and collect approvals
Record transactions in suspense accounts
Complete various accounting administrative functions
Manage the main reception desk for phone and visitor inquiries
Process incoming and outgoing courier distribution
Order office supplies and manage boardroom calendar
Handle occasional mail pick-up and other clerical tasks as required
Requirements:
High school education required
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
