Job Description:

We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to oversee accounting operations, ensure data integrity, and create comprehensive financial reports. This role involves streamlining processes and enhancing systems to contribute significantly to the organization's growth.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage the complete financial month-end closing process
maintain the integrity of data within accounting systems
generate and present financial reports as required
supervise and manage the creation and posting of journal entries
regularly review and update the general ledger system
utilize NetSuite or other robust ERP systems to facilitate accounting tasks
develop and implement improved accounting procedures and systems
create and analyze monthly financial statements

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting managerial or supervisory role
proficiency in managing month-end close processes
experience with creating and maintaining journal entries
ability to prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
strong skills in financial reporting
extensive experience with general ledger functions
knowledge and experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software
