Accounting Manager

• Manage the month-end closing process, including the preparation of journal entries and accruals
• Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to support strategic decision-making
• Conduct account reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Lead cash management operations and monitor cash flow effectively
• Supervise accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments
• Collaborate with the Controller on operational initiatives and process improvements
• Provide guidance and support to the accounting and administrative team
• Utilize accounting systems such as Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting, either in public accounting or industry
• Knowledge of cash management, general ledger, month-end close, accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Previous experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis
• Ability to manage day-to-day accounting functions while working closely with the team
