Accounting Intern

• expense management and payment processing
• follow company procedures for travel expense claims, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations
• perform simple bookkeeping tasks related to daily financial transactions
• assist in invoice handling, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely processing and payment
• collaborate with stakeholders to manage and record asset movements within the system
• offer limited support to the Accounting team during the implementation phases of new accounting systems
• fulfill other assignments as required by the supervisor, adapting to dynamic tasks to support team objectives

• 3rd or last year student, who can provide Internship Recommendation letter from their University
• good communication in English and proactive attitude
• good computer skills, especially Excel and Word
• good knowledge of finance, accounting or related fields
• interested in Accounting – Tax – Legal and Standard Operating Procedures

monthly gross internship allowance: VND 4,960,000
