This position involves accounting and HR clerical tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing and reconciling statements, coordinating employee activities, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies. Job Responsibility:
Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents
Record, store, and analyze computerized financial information
Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets
Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports
Complete period-end closing procedures and reports
Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and files
Coordinate employee celebrations
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No specific license or certification
