The Accounting Clerk position at The St. Regis Osaka involves performing financial tasks such as maintaining accurate electronic spreadsheets, analyzing data, preparing financial reports, and assisting with period-end closing procedures. Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for correctness
organize, secure, and maintain files and records
analyze computerized financial data
prepare financial and accounting reports
complete period-end procedures
reconcile and issue bills and invoices
maintain confidentiality and professionalism
adhere to company policies and procedures
address guests' service needs
maintain positive working relationships.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
organize and maintain files and records
analyze computerized financial information
prepare, review, and reconcile bills and invoices
proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
ability to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
