Job Responsibility:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions
Create, review, and process purchase orders
Prepare and process customer invoices, payments, and bank deposits in accordance with company procedures
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an accounting related field
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Proficiency in handling purchase orders
Knowledge of coding invoices, processing purchase orders, and supporting related financial processes
Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
