Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and review financial documents for clients
  • Prepare federal & state tax returns for individuals & corporate entities, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations & applicable state laws related to payment, reporting & other tax requirements
  • Provide tax planning & advisory services to clients with a focus on optimizing tax positions & ensuring long-term compliance
  • Examine & evaluate financial & information systems, recommending internal controls to ensure system reliability, data integrity & operational efficiency
  • Conduct financial statement & internal audits, aws completion & review engagements in accordance with U.S. GAAP & SSARS for privately held companies
  • Participate in valuation & due diligence engagements, supporting mergers, acquisitions & other strategic business transactions

Requirements:

  • CPA license
  • Bachelor’s in Science Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • 2 years experience in job offered or related occupation
  • Strong expertise in U.S. accounting, tax & financial regulations
