Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for a candidate to join a well-established company that offers a great work/life balance. The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, financial statements, and working closely with the Controller and other departments.

Job Responsibility:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Manage general ledger entries and month-end closing activities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Conduct bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the accounting function to improve efficiency and accuracy
Work closely with the Controller and other departments to provide financial insights and support for operational initiatives
Work closely with HR & payroll

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred
2-4+ years of full cycle accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Team player
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask
