Job Description:

In the Account Services Representative/Associate role, you will manage customer service requests and inquiries within the Inforce Variable Policyholder Benefits team. You will follow established guidelines and procedures and demonstrate and apply knowledge of Allianz’s business, products, customers, and operations. You will influence our results by establishing and growing stakeholder and business partner relationships, ensuring a high degree of productivity and quality. You’ll also recommend process improvements through your observations and business acumen and adapt to the changing landscape of automation and technology use within our business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review customer requests for money out transactions to ensure compliance, regulatory and legal requirements are met
  • Respond to and process highly complex customer service requests and inquiries by applying extensive department knowledge of business, products and customers
  • Actively seeks areas for service and process improvements, identify and analyze trends for proposed changes to ensure accuracy and ease of business
  • Communicates with the key business partners including training and education
  • obtain/clarify customer information and/or concerns as it relates to a policy or sale

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years experience working in the financial services industry
  • 1 or more years experience working within customer service, escalation, or inquiry work
  • Two-year degree required or equivalent experience
