Account Receivable Supervisor

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
• organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents
• record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information
• prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute financial and payroll reports
• complete period-end closing procedures and reports
• prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
• follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices
• coordinate tasks and work with other departments
• report work-related accidents or injuries
• maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
• prepare and review documents accurately
• develop positive working relationships with team
• move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
• other reasonable duties requested by supervisors

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• at least 1 year of related work experience
• no supervisory experience
