Job Description:

Join the Dual-Brand Hotel Sheraton & Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotel as an Account Payable Clerk (m/w/d), supporting accounting tasks in a dynamic, global team.

Job Responsibility:

Coding invoices
forwarding invoices for signatures and tracking returns
setting up new vendors in the system
serving as a point of contact for employees
close collaboration with colleagues and assistance in preparing forecasts, monthly, and annual financial statements
correspondence with international guests internally and with external companies

Requirements:

Experience in accounting or front office
completed commercial training or comparable education
communicative nature
fluency in German and English
proficiency in MS Office programs
affinity for numbers
