We’re looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and client-facing Account Manager with hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across social and emerging platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves in-platform to drive performance.
Job Responsibility:
Own day-to-day management of client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and proactive communication across internal and external teams
Demonstrate deep understanding of core platform capabilities, targeting options and creative best practices
have strong foundational ability to build, analyze and optimize directly within platform
Translate client goals into actionable media strategies across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, YouTube and more
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Creative, Strategy, Measurement and Analytics to deliver high-quality, comprehensive, and cohesive media plans
Help champion core measurement solutions and methodologies (e.g., brand lift, conversion lift, platform attribution) to external stakeholders
Showcase comfortability interpreting results and translating findings into actionable recommendations for clients
Analyze campaign performance using platform and third-party analytics tools
provide insights and recommendations that inform optimizations and reporting
Prepare and present client-facing reports, insights decks, testing roadmaps, and QBRs
Stay up to date on platform updates, industry trends, and client category developments
proactively bring ideas to the table
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in digital media
at least 1 year in a client-facing account management or campaign management role
Proficiency in in-platform execution across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads/YouTube
ideally at least one emerging channel (e.g., Reddit, Pinterest, Nextdoor)
Strong analytical skills – comfortable navigating reporting tools, identifying performance trends, and making data-driven recommendations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill technical campaign details into clear, client-ready updates
A collaborative spirit with a proactive, self-starter mindset
Nice to have:
Experience with third-party reporting and measurement tools (e.g., Adobe, DOMO, MTA) and Excel data manipulation
