Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and Mayvue’s internal teams
Own the full customer lifecycle, developing and executing strategies to drive retention and growth
Evaluate customer needs and recommend upgrades or additional services that add value
Requirements:
5+ years of experience selling technology or software solutions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
Working within a CRM to track and document your own results
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
