Job Description:

As an Account Manager with experience within the Flemish public sector at Sopra Steria, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client retention by fostering and strengthening relationships. You'll understand their individual needs, provide them tailored IT solutions and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the excellent service clients expect from Sopra Steria.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring client retention by fostering and strengthening relationships
Understanding client individual needs and providing tailored IT solutions
Coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service
Staying informed of industry trends
Managing timelines
Answering client issues using confident communication and technical knowledge
Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Building long term partnerships for community-wide digital transformation and business success
Managing communication between the company and its clients

Requirements:

Experience within the Flemish public sector: In-depth understanding of the public legislative and policy landscape
Problem-Solving Skills: Innovative and strategic thinker
Commercial Expertise: Demonstrated success in business development and pitching
Public Affairs: Proven track record in strategic public affairs campaigns
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
Relationship Building: Strong networking skills and an existing network
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree
Experience: minimum 5 years' experience
Languages: Fluent in Dutch and French + excellent knowledge in English
