Job Description:

Lead a dynamic team, develop key client relationships, and drive revenue growth in a thriving global energy market. Our client is a leading multinational energy company with a strong presence in Japan, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment focused on innovation and customer satisfaction within the exciting energy sector.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and develop relationships with assigned customers and prospects
Lead and mentor account team members
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective customer service
Implement Customer Experience Management strategies, including customer satisfaction surveys, and develop action plans for improvement
Develop and execute strategic account plans for business retention, expansion, and development
Maintain accurate customer and installation data
Achieve targets for revenue and margin within personal budget
Manage timely collection of receivables

Requirements:

Experience in sales and account management
Proven track record of success in account management within a business-to-business (B2B) environment
