We are currently working with a well-established and growing electronics business supplying electronic components, kits, assemblies, and tailored solutions across a wide range of industries. With a reputation for technical expertise and exceptional customer service, they are expanding their internal sales team and looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team.
Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of a portfolio of existing customer accounts, acting as their primary internal contact
Focus on strengthening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering outstanding service from enquiry through to order completion
Work closely with external sales, purchasing, and technical teams
Play a key role in driving revenue growth while ensuring a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in internal sales, customer account management, or a similar commercial role (electronics or technical sector advantageous)
Solid understanding of electronic components – or the enthusiasm and aptitude to quickly develop technical knowledge
Confident communicator with the ability to build strong, lasting customer relationships
Commercially minded, target-driven, and motivated to identify growth opportunities
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working with ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
