As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you'll be on the road, inspiring your future customers. On-site, you'll not only inform them about our parking management products and solutions, but also market innovative technical solutions like license plate recognition and all the services that are part of the APCOA portfolio. You'll be responsible for your sales territory and plan and organize your workday independently. The sales strategy focuses on equipping customer parking lots (e.g., from the retail, hotel, restaurant, sports and leisure facilities, and property management sectors) with our intelligent digital solutions. This allows owners not only to manage parking lot usage but also to gain added value, such as access to frequency data and the option to easily rent spaces to residents outside of business hours.
Job Responsibility:
Acquire new locations for parking management in a targeted manner
Contribute to calculations with detailed market, portfolio and location analyses
Independently manage new business partners from initial contact to contract conclusion
Intensively monitor the regional market and competition to identify new locations
Build robust networks and maintain contact with customers and decision-makers in the sales territory
Requirements:
A true sales personality with demonstrable negotiation skills and experience in service or solution sales
The passion for sales success in your region, and always going the extra mile
Self-discipline and you are used to independently and successfully expanding your sales territory through acquisition
You have good communication skills and can negotiate effectively and successfully at all levels
Ideally, you have completed commercial training
very good PC skills (Microsoft Office)
A Class 3/B driving licence and fluent German and English skills
