Job Description:

The Account Manager, Wedding role at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali involves supporting Sales & Marketing operations by managing sales-related documents, promoting brand image, and serving as the point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include organizing information, using sales techniques to maximize revenue, and addressing guest inquiries. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of related work experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Gather materials and assemble information packages
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue
Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software
Answer guest questions about property facilities and services
Serve as the point of contact for clients
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Clean and professional appearance
Strong communication skills
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
Positive working relationships with others.
