Job Responsibility:
Support the Business Development team in executing the Primary Connect growth strategy
Maintain and grow strong, effective and collaborative strategic relationships with allocated Temperature Control customers
Work collaboratively with customers to set and deliver the agreed joint business plan and strategic priorities
Set monthly business performance review and quarterly strategic meetings with customers
Support delivery of the temperature controlled category financial targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics or as an account manager within the transport or manufacturing industry
Experience in managing customer/supplier external relationships
The ability to build strategic, sustainable, trusting relationships
Be able to problem solve, demonstrating drive and urgency
Commercial and analytical acumen
Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
